The three tabs: Jobs, Library, Settings
How the app splits into Jobs, Library, and Settings, and when to use each one.
Once you're signed in and on a company, the app is a tab bar with three places. Every tab reads the same shared data, so a job you touch in one shows up correctly in the others.
Jobs
The working list of moves. This is where the day happens: you create new jobs here (tap +), open the ones in progress, and capture inventory inside them. Each move is one job.
Use Jobs when you're actively working: booking a new move, scanning rooms, recording damage, or getting a job ready to sign.
See Create a new job and Scan a room with LiDAR.
Library
Every job your company has, in one searchable list, sorted A to Z by the shipper's last name. It's the archive and the lookup, not the daily worklist.
Use Library when you need to find a past or specific move: pulling up a completed inventory, checking an old job's details, or searching for a customer by name.
Settings
Your workspace, your crew's join code, and your account. What you can change here depends on your role.
- Everyone can manage their own account, including their display name, and get to Help (the in-app How to Use guide).
- Admins only see the company-wide settings: renaming the company, branding and logo, the crew invite code, AI photo analysis, and export defaults like paper size. If you don't see those, you're not an admin on this company.
Use Settings to set up your company, invite crew, turn AI on or off, or update your own name.
See Invite your crew, Company branding & logo, and Turn on AI photo analysis.
Good to know
- Roles decide what you see. People on a company are Admin, Crew, Estimator, or Office. Company-wide controls are admin-only; the database enforces it, so a non-admin who tries gets an error rather than a silent change.
- The tabs share one live copy of your data. There's no separate "sync" step between tabs. A change is a change everywhere.
- Help lives in Settings. The in-app How to Use guide is under Settings › Help, and it also appears on the empty Jobs screen for a brand-new company.
