How is the Company plan billed?
Per crew, per month. A crew is the team working a truck — you're not paying per install or per inventory. Add crews as you grow, drop them in the slow season.
What hardware do crews need?
An iPhone or iPad. LiDAR cube measurement uses the sensor on Pro models (iPhone Pro and iPad Pro); everything else — codes, photos, signatures, offline sync — works on any modern device.
Does it really work with no signal?
Yes. The whole inventory workflow — items, codes, photos, signatures, the PDF — runs on the device with zero connectivity, all day. It syncs to the cloud automatically when signal comes back. Crews never wait on a spinner to keep loading.
Is this a CRM or estimating tool?
No. Van Line Pro is the descriptive inventory — the legal move-day document — plus the archive and dashboard behind it. It bolts onto whatever you already run for sales, dispatch, and accounting instead of asking you to replace it.
When do the dollar amounts go live?
We're setting launch pricing with our first design partners so it reflects what real companies will actually pay, not a guess. The numbers get published on this page — you'll never need a sales call to see them.
