Effective July 4, 2026

Van Line Pro exists to keep your move records safe and defensible. That only works if you can trust where they live.

What we collect

Account information: your email address, name, and company details you enter at signup.

Inventory records: the items, condition codes, photos, notes, signatures, and the GPS coordinates and timestamps attached to signatures. This is the product — it exists so your inventories are defensible.

Basic usage information needed to run and secure the service, such as sign-in events.

Where it lives

Your data is stored with Supabase, our cloud database and authentication provider. Inventories created on the iOS app sync to the same place your web dashboard reads from.

When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

What we never do

We don't sell your data. We don't share your inventories, your shippers' information, or your photos with anyone except the service providers above, which we use to run the product.

Your inventories belong to your company. Other companies on Van Line Pro can't see them.

AI features

Photos you take can be analyzed to suggest item names, cube estimates, and damage exception codes. Suggestions are always confirmed by your crew before they become part of a record — nothing is auto-committed.

Deleting your data

Email support@vanlinepro.com from your account address and we'll delete your account and its data. Download your inventory PDFs first — deletion is permanent.

Questions

This policy is written in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email support@vanlinepro.com and you'll get an answer from a person.
