Van Line Pro vs. Driver HQ
We run Driver HQ on real moves — it's the app this one was built to replace. So here's the comparison the way a driver would give it to you: what it does right, where it falls down, and every claim tied to a public source you can check yourself.
First, the fair part: Driver HQ is real
Driver HQ does the actual job — electronic descriptive inventories with barcodes, high-value declarations, signatures, time-stamped photos, offline work, and an ISO 17451-1 compliance claim. Van-line agents have used it to defend real claims. It earned its place in the industry, and if it were being actively sold and actively fixed, this page might not exist.
Then, the part drivers already know
The public reviews tell the story
“Great idea BUT there are too many bugs that need attention” — with support calls that “fall on deaf ears” — is from Driver HQ's own App Store reviews. On Google Play, a reviewer reported the app “down with a HTML issue since before Thanksgiving.” On move day, an app that's down is worse than paper.
You can't even buy it right now
As of July 2026, MoveHQ's pricing page doesn't list plans — it says they're not accepting new customers and offers a waitlist. If you're choosing an inventory tool this season, that's a short conversation.
The dashboard means buying the suite
MoveHQ's own materials route driver data to the office through its Warehouse and CRM products — the driver taps “Save to Server,” the warehouse imports by order number. There's no standalone admin dashboard advertised for Driver HQ alone. Ours is the whole point of the product.
Built before the hardware
Driver HQ predates LiDAR sensors and on-device AI, and its public materials show neither. Cube still comes from lookup tables and eyeballs. We measure the piece — because tariff billing runs on cube, and a measured number is defensible.

Design partners get in first.
We're onboarding a small group of moving companies and owner-operators who run real moves on the app and tell us what to fix. Partners use the Company tier free for six months and talk directly to the founder — a working mover, not a support queue.
