Add your company logo (branding)
Upload and frame your company logo so it prints at the top of every exported inventory document.
Your logo prints across the top of every inventory your crew exports, so it looks like your company's own document. You upload it once, frame it, and it applies to every export from your workspace.
Who this is for: Admins. Branding lives under Settings › Company Branding, which only admins can open. Crew, estimators, and office roles won't see it.
Before you start
- You must be an admin. If you don't see Company Branding under the Inventory document section of Settings, you're not an admin. Ask your company's admin to set the logo, or see Team members and roles.
- Have your logo file ready on the device (in Photos or Files). Use a high-resolution PNG or JPG. A transparent PNG on a wide, landscape shape looks best because the inventory header is landscape.
Upload a logo
-
Open the Settings tab and tap Company Branding.
-
Under COMPANY BRANDING, the card explains: "Your logo prints at the top of every exported inventory." If no logo is set yet, the preview shows No logo yet.
-
Tap Upload logo and pick your image from the photo picker.
-
The Frame your logo screen opens. See the next section to frame it.
Result: After you frame and save, the preview fills with your logo shown on white, the way it prints, with the note "Preview — shown on white, the way it appears on the inventory." A Logo saved confirmation appears.
Frame your logo
When you pick an image, the Frame your logo screen appears. It reads: "Pinch to zoom, drag to position. Whatever's inside the frame is your logo — it prints on the inventory at this framing." Whatever sits inside the frame is exactly what gets saved.
-
Pick a shape with the segmented control at the bottom: Wide (a landscape 16:9 frame, best for most logos) or Square (1:1).
-
Pinch to zoom and drag to position the logo inside the frame.
-
To start over, tap the reset (circular arrow) button next to the shape picker.
-
Tap Use logo to save, or Cancel to back out without changing anything.
Note: The logo is framed on white on purpose, because that's the background it prints on across the inventory header. There is no "Tall" shape. The header is landscape, so a portrait logo would shrink to a thin sliver.
Replace or remove the logo
Once a logo is set, the branding card shows two buttons:
- Replace logo — pick a new image and frame it again. The new one takes over.
- Remove — clears the logo. Exports go out with no logo until you add one again.
Good to know
- The logo is company-wide. Every crew member's exports use the logo you set. It applies the moment it's saved and syncs to the whole workspace.
- It's stored privately. The upload guidance notes the file is "Stored privately to your company." It isn't public.
- Large files are shrunk automatically. The app downscales your image (to 768px on its longest edge) and saves it as a PNG so the upload stays small and the transparency is preserved. You don't need to resize it first.
- It only appears on the export. The logo prints on the exported inventory PDF, not on the app's in-app screens.
Common mistakes
- Using a portrait (tall) logo. It gets squeezed into the landscape header. Prefer a wide, landscape mark, and choose the Wide shape when framing.
- A low-resolution image. It looks soft on the printed inventory. Use the highest-resolution PNG or JPG you have.
- Expecting crew to set it. Only admins can. If a teammate says they can't find branding, that's why.
